Key Features:

• Magnetic levitation automatic feeding: Feeds up to 5 profiles at a time. Raw material length: 600–7,000mm; processing length: 400–7,000mm; height: 30–190mm; width: 20–260mm. 
• Milling spindle linkage: Four 6KW electro-spindles (top, bottom, front, rear); front spindle rotates 105°; all spindles can work simultaneously.
• Equipped with two high-precision laser systems: a 30 W front laser for marking and a 1.5 kW rear laser for drilling.
• 3 axis sawing: Equipped with a 600mm saw blade, 7.5KW with 3 axis downward sawing,rotation angle: 40°–140°.
• 4-axis horizontal end milling: 450mm saw blade, 2.5KW motor. 4-axis CNC for precise profile end milling.

• Automatic unloading: Automatic unloading transfers finished profiles to the unloading area. Cross conveyor supports profiles up to 7,000mm.
• Enclosed protection: All processing units are fully enclosed in sheet metal for noise reduction and safe operation.
• Automatic labeling: Servo-driven automatic labeling system reduces manual work and maximizes efficiency.
