High-Performance Laser Equipped Milling and Drilling Machine – Designed for Aluminum Profiles.

This machine is designed for high-precision milling and drilling of aluminum profiles, combining laser marking with full automation and easy operation.

  • User-Friendly Operation: No skilled workers required. Features software connectivity and automatic data loading via barcode scanning. Includes a standard graphics library for direct import of designs to generate machining programs.
  • High Efficiency: Equipped with a 9.5KW Italian electric spindle, delivering high torque. The milling efficiency is twice that of a standard drilling and milling machine and eight times that of a conventional copy milling machine. Equipped with a 1.5KW laser cutting head for high cutting efficiency and excellent surface finish.
  • Simplified Process: Features an automatic tool changer with a standard 6-position tool magazine.
  • Unique Chip Removal Design: Equipped with a bottom chip tray for a cleaner workspace.
  • Enhanced Safety: Enclosed protective cover with automatic lifting, ensuring high safety standards.
  • Double-Layer Shock-Absorbing Clamps: Facilitates machining of irregular profiles, reducing vibration and noise. Includes four clamps.
  • Automatic Lubrication: Comes standard with a guide rail and screw automatic lubrication system, extending the machine's service life.
